Registration Information for Banjo Collector/Exhibitor/Participant
Thursday – Sunday / Friday-Sunday Registration

Please identify yourself as a banjo collector, donor, exhibitor and indicate if this check includes your registration , desire for an exhibit table, or a donation etc. (Banjo Collectors who will attend the Banjo Exhibit Reception and Gathering Opening Thursday night with a banjo are participants; they should send their registration check to the ASU Foundation as described below. ) (You may bring the print out registration form with you. ) The University and Student Union where most of the Gathering will be held have very strict rule prohibiting sales from tables at events like this except by students through official student organizations. However, tables that promote sales on the Internet or elsewhere or promote products in general as well as educational and musical values are permitted. Exhibitor/Participant Registration Instructions There are a limited number of tables available for exhibitors during the daytime events in Plemmons Student Union on the ASU campus. No vending or sales will be permitted on the ASU campus. Tables are 6’ long by 2’ wide. Chairs will be available. Exhibitors should send a $150 (per table) check made payable to “ASU Foundation” to:
